About the Role
In this dynamic position, you will join our vibrant Womenswear Branded Buying & Merchandising team as an Assistant Digital Merchandise Planner. The role requires strong Merchandising skills, including Department Plan development, stock/commitment management, sales estimates, and GSM management.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute effective merchandising strategies to drive sales, manage inventory, and optimize product offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with brand partners, ensuring alignment with commercial and customer objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular business reviews to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in branded merchandising, preferably in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.

Competitive Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 20% colleague discount across all M&S products and many third-party brands, competitive holiday entitlement, and discretionary bonus schemes.
