We are seeking an exceptional Buying and Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administration around the product critical path, from initial buy to warehouse setup and maintenance. This entails reporting and intake documents, forecasting at line/size level, and ad-hoc analysis. You will be the key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams, supporting the Line Manager in all aspects of their role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to plan and prioritise tasks concurrently. Strong numerical, analytical, and Microsoft Excel skills are also essential. As a Retail Background is preferred, you will have a good understanding of the buying cycle and stock management within retail. A estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per year, depending on experience.
