Contract Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our Logistics team at Stagecoach Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting terms and conditions, managing franchise mobilisation and demobilisation awards, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft complex contracts with ease
  • Manage franchise mobilisation and demobilisation awards
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external supply chain partners
Requirements:
  • Strong background in contract negotiation and complex terms and conditions
  • Significant experience using multiple contract types
  • Keen eye for detail and commercial focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
