Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contract Negotiator to join our Logistics team at Stagecoach Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting terms and conditions with ease, and managing projects related to franchise mobilisation/demobilisation awards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and draft complex contracts with ease
  • Manage projects related to franchise mobilisation/demobilisation awards
  • Work closely with the Head of Logistics to support all operating companies
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contracts
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure best practices

Requirements

  • Strong background in contract negotiation
  • Experience using complex terms and conditions and multiple contract types
  • Keen eye for detail and commercial focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
