Contract Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Contract Specialist to join our Logistics team at Stagecoach Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and drafting terms and conditions, as well as managing projects related to franchise mobilisation and demobilisation awards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate and draft complex contracts with ease
  • Manage projects related to franchise mobilisation and demobilisation awards
  • Work closely with the Head of Logistics to support all operating companies
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Identify and mitigate risks in contracts
Requirements:
  • Strong background in contract negotiation
  • Significant experience using complex terms and conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially focused and able to identify and mitigate risks
