Maintenance Team Member

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Butlin's team as a General Maintenance Team Member.
Key responsibilities include performing general repair and maintenance tasks across our main resort, working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional standards of work and service.
As a successful candidate, you'll possess a flexible approach to work and be willing to undertake additional training and roles as required within the Facilities department.
Practical hands-on experience in a maintenance role is essential, and you'll be confident in working on your own initiative as necessary.
A driving license is also required, and formal qualifications in relevant courses would be an advantage but are not essential.
Working alongside a fantastic team, we'll support you every step of the way to ensure you gain the skills and confidence to truly excel in your role.

You should enjoy working in a team and have a great 'get stuck in' attitude.
The ideal candidate will have previous general maintenance experience and be confident working on their own initiative.
You'll be supporting with planned and reactive maintenance repairs across the resort, so having the ability to act quickly and work within time constraints is essential.
