We are seeking an experienced and skilled Roofer to join our Property Maintenance team at Platform Housing Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of our properties, including patch repair work and refurbishments.
Key Responsibilities- Install and replace roofs
- Deliver tile and slate, felting roofs, flat roofs, ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, pointing, rainwater gutters and downpipes
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work in people's homes, requiring a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Significant roofing experience
- Time served or a roofing qualification
- Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
- Strong customer service skills
- A full driving licence
- DBS check required
