About The Role

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Maintenance Team Member to join our Butlin's team. As a key member of our Facilities department, you'll be responsible for carrying out general repair and maintenance tasks across our main resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the resort's facilities are in good working order
  • Working collaboratively with the Facilities team to deliver an exceptional standard of work and service
  • Providing support with planned and reactive maintenance repairs across the resort
  • Acting quickly and working within time constraints to meet deadlines

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for high standards, who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working in a team. Previous general maintenance experience is essential, and you should be confident working on your own initiative.
