Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at CV Screen. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the credit control process and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage receipts, invoices, and credit notes to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Handle credit applications and queries, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently.
- Deal with customer inquiries, requests for statements, and reconciliations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Raise and allocate customer credit notes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily funds and exchange rates, minimizing risks and maximizing returns.
- Assist with purchase ledger and invoice discounting, providing support to the finance team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Credit Controller role, ideally with multiple currencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
