Job Role Overview
As a Care Companion with Home Instead, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship, support, and assistance to individuals in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Companionship: Engage in conversations, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships with clients.
- Accompaniment: Accompany clients to appointments, social events, and other activities.
- Meal Preparation: Assist with meal preparation, cooking, and cleaning up.
- Light Housekeeping: Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
