Salary
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour, plus paid travel time, mileage & wait time. Bank Holidays are paid at £24 per hour, ensuring you're rewarded for your hard work.
Job Description
As a Care Assistant with Home Instead, you will be making a real difference in the lives of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include providing companionship, accompaniment, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with your clients and their families, creating a sense of community and connection.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a driving license with access to your own car, as this will enable you to get to and from client houses and accompany them to appointments. Additionally, you must be available to work every other weekend to ensure continuity of care for our clients.
