In this key role, you will make a difference by continuing the good work of creating an outstanding year-one experience for new joiners. You will work collaboratively with stakeholders to design, implement, and deliver a positive user experience.

As a subject matter expert, you will lead on the delivery of bespoke induction and statutory & mandatory training, managing all aspects, including speakers, timetables, materials, and evaluation.

You will advise across all professions on induction and training requirements, ensuring a seamless onboarding process.

Person Specification
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification or equivalent work experience
  • Able to demonstrate continuous professional development relevant to the role
Knowledge & Experience
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of project and/or change management
  • Knowledge and understanding to undertake monitoring and evaluation, utilising data to make improvements
  • Experience of producing papers and quality reports at all levels
  • Experience of contributing and/or developing the implementation of strategies, policies, processes, and procedures
  • Experience of managing risks, identifying issues, and reporting
  • Experience of designing, delivering, and evaluating training

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and networks
  • Ability to problem-solve, negotiate, and influence effectively
  • Managing difficult conversations and situations
  • Project management in relation to the specialist area
  • Ability to develop systems to enhance service provision and allow reporting against objectives

  • Good working knowledge of IT to include Microsoft packages
