Employer Engagement Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and engaging with businesses to promote our clients' offering of Apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with employers, maximising opportunities for uptake of learner starts.
- Manage daily output using internal CRM systems, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with internal teams.
- Conduct Organisational Needs Analysis to meet employer needs, providing tailored solutions within agreed timeframes.
- Report sales data and insights on a regular basis, driving business growth and revenue targets.
- Stay up-to-date with policy changes, funding updates, and relevant business expectations, ensuring expert knowledge and advice.
- Proven experience in employer engagement or business development, preferably in the Apprenticeships or Employability sectors.
- Ability to overcome objections and achieve targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and organisational skills, with a confident and professional manner.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle, with flexibility to travel.
