Job Summary

The post-holder will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve services and patients' outcomes. They will work closely with the Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity Workstream Lead and the Mental Health Clinical Leads within the Collaborative Programme.

  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve services and patients' outcomes.
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have Full registration with the GMC or equivalent clinical professional body with a licence to practice and knowledge of integrated health and care systems and the Humber and North Yorkshire Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Collaborative Programme.
