About the Role

We are recruiting a Clinical Lead for Older Adults and Learning Disability to work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team at the Memory Clinic, Coltman Street, Hull. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical leadership, ensuring high-quality care for patients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have experience working with older adults and learning disability populations, with a strong understanding of clinical expertise and service evaluation. You will work closely with nursing and psychology services to provide an Assessment Service, using your clinical knowledge to inform treatment plans.
