Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain up-to-date records of resident progress and any changes in their condition.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a care home setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and communicate with a team.
  • Flexible working hours, including nights and 24-hour shifts.

The estimated annual salary for this role is around £22,500 (based on 36 hours per week). Additional benefits include regular training and development opportunities.
