Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Evolution Wing Facilitator. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interventions to offenders, helping them develop confidence and a positive mindset through structured programs and personalized support. You will work closely with prison staff and other stakeholders to ensure an effective transition and pre-release preparation for participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and deliver group and individual interventions to offenders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Understand and manage the barriers faced by offenders in reintegrating into society.
  • Ensure a supportive and empowering environment for participants.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in a target-driven environment.
  • Proven experience in delivering training and interventions.
  • Ability to build and manage strong relationships.
  • Understanding of offender rehabilitation principles.
