This role requires effective collaboration with colleagues and other departments to ensure the effective organisation and preparation of health records for all hospital activity.
Main DutiesThe post holder will be responsible for liaising with colleagues and other departments in a professional and pleasant manner, ensuring confidentiality of information and patient details is maintained at all times, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, Caldicott Guidelines and other Trust Policies and Procedures.
This role also involves working as part of a team within the Health Records department to ensure the effective organisation and preparation of health records for all hospital activity.
