Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is £23,000 to £25,000 with an OTE up to £35,000. The company offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including an annual bonus scheme, company pension, and 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, candidates should have proven experience in sales, preferably in the CNC or engineering supplies industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and results-driven attitude are also required.
Nice to Have'sA strong technical knowledge of machine tools and their applications is desirable, as is experience with Customer Management Systems.
