Exciting Opportunity for a Motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor

Brandon James, a top-tier global Quantity Surveying Consultancy, is seeking a skilled and ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving Real Estate team in Bristol.

The Role

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role within the Real Estate division, working on complex projects across various sectors, including Health, Developer, Higher Education, Residential, Data Centres, and Commercial, with project values reaching up to £300m.

This role offers exceptional career progression, with a clear pathway towards Director and beyond. If you're an Associate Quantity Surveyor with ambition and drive, this is your opportunity to take on greater responsibility, manage significant projects, and accelerate your career within a global consultancy renowned for nurturing and developing talent.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive projects from cradle to grave, working within dynamic teams on exciting schemes circa £100m - £300m.
  2. Manage junior team members and provide guidance and support.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Contribute to the development of business strategies and initiatives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
