Associate Building Surveyor Job Description

A prestigious independent commercial property management consultancy, Brandon James, is seeking a driven Associate Building Surveyor to strengthen their thriving Bristol office.

The Role

This dynamic position will see the Associate Building Surveyor managing client relationships, overseeing multiple projects, and offering leadership within the team.

The Associate Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing professional services such as dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, development monitoring, defect diagnosis, and schedules of condition reports.

Collaborating closely with the team, the successful Associate Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to manage a variety of high-profile projects from inception to completion, across sectors including retail, leisure, office, industrial, and public.

Key Responsibilities

  1. MRICS qualification is preferred
  2. Commercial consultancy experience
  3. Strong communication skills
  4. Previous team leadership experience is beneficial
