As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing projects up to £20 million and working closely with clients to deliver high-profile projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
* Lead a team of Quantity Surveyors, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Full membership of the RICS
* Proven experience in managing projects up to £20 million
* Strong leadership and communication skills
