The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Admin Officer to join our team at Resourcing Partnership Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of HR, from assisting with recruitment to terminations. This will include designing and implementing new systems and processes, as well as maintaining accurate personnel information on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and selection processes
- Design and implement new HR systems and processes
- Maintain accurate personnel information
- Work with Department Managers and the Finance Team to ensure payroll information is accurate
- Champion employee welfare and involvement
The Person:
We are looking for a people person with a bright personality who can work on their own initiative and come up with ideas for improvements. The successful candidate will have great communication skills, both orally and in writing, and will be able to produce high-quality documents and letters. A basic knowledge of Employment Law is essential, although support will be available for more complex situations.
Requirements:
- English GCSE minimum
- Basic knowledge of Employment Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and come up with ideas for improvements
