Job Summary:

Resourcing Partnership Ltd is seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of HR, from recruitment to terminations. This includes designing and implementing new systems and processes to ensure the HR area is managed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with recruitment and selection processes, ensuring accurate payroll information is maintained.

* Collaborate with Department Managers and the Finance Team to ensure payroll information is accurate and up-to-date.

* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

* English GCSE minimum, with the ability to produce high-standard documents and letters.

* Preferably a qualification in HR, or equivalent experience. We are open to considering candidates working towards this qualification.
