**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team at Fawkes & Reece. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a site team, ensuring works are carried out to programme and within budget. You will also be responsible for monitoring health and safety on site, attending progress meetings, and liaising with tenants and resolving any issues that may arise.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage a site team including Tradesman, Subcontractors, and Tenant Liaison Officer
* Monitor health and safety on site
* Attend progress meetings and client meetings
* Liaise with tenants and resolve any issues that may arise
**Requirements**
* Experience of managing similar contracts is essential
* Current SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
* Excellent customer service skills and emphasis on quality and health and safety
**What We Offer**
We offer a challenging and rewarding role with a busy Social Housing Contractor. You will have the opportunity to work on a long-standing contract in the Wigan area, which is cyclical maintenance as well as new fire door installation to tenanted social housing properties.
