Role Overview:

As the Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with the Site Manager to ensure that the housing projects run smoothly from start to finish. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in project management while contributing to the successful delivery of stunning new homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Site Manager in planning and coordinating on-site activities.

- Monitor construction progress to meet safety standards and building regulations.

- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

- Assist in managing resources, including materials and labor, to optimise site efficiency.

- Help maintain accurate project records and compliance documentation.

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in an Assistant Site Manager position, preferably 3+ years

- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- A proactive and solutions-oriented mentality with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

- Relevant qualifications in construction management are advantageous.
