Secondary SEN Teacher Opportunity

Prospero Teaching is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Secondary SEN Teacher to join our team in East London.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher to work in a dynamic school with a strong ethos of supporting all students to achieve their full potential.

- The school is a thriving and inclusive secondary school located in the heart of Newham, East London.
- The school has a diverse student population and a well-established SEN department that provides tailored support for students with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and emotional and behavioural challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of students with SEN.
- Provide high-quality support for students with a variety of special needs, both individually and in small groups.
- Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Monitor and track student progress, using data to inform and adapt teaching strategies as needed.
- Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students in line with the school's policies and procedures.
Salary: The salary for this position is around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Location: The school is located in Newham, East London.
