**Job Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team at Reeson Education. As a Secondary SEN Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality education and support to pupils with profound multi learning difficulties (PMLD).

Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualised learning plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring and assessing student progress. You will also work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions between home and school.

Job Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with PMLD students.
  • Experience working in a special needs education setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
