About Leonardo: Our 12-month Graduate Programme is designed for ambitious individuals eager to shape the future of our organization. As a Graduate, you will receive a competitive starting salary of £32,000, complemented by a welcome bonus. Additionally, if your relocation exceeds 40 miles, you may qualify for a Temporary Accommodation Allowance.

During the programme, you will engage in diverse development opportunities, both in virtual and physical settings. You will tackle challenging assignments, contribute to innovative solutions, and collaborate with a team of seasoned professionals. Comprehensive support and mentorship will be available to assist you in achieving your career aspirations and professional accreditation.

  • Enhance the Digital Engineering Platform to ensure smooth data transition from design to production
  • Assist in the evolution of data and process management within Operations
  • Facilitate the adoption of new technologies in partnership with Industrial Architects and Engineers
  • Collaborate with the Change Transformation team to guarantee effective implementation and acceptance
  • Contribute to manufacturing efficiency goals and ongoing improvement initiatives
  • Uphold product and corporate integrity by complying with industry regulations
  • Exhibit practical knowledge, analytical skills, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrate understanding of engineering workflows and decision-making throughout Product Life Cycle stages
