About the Role

We are seeking a confident and technically strong Graduate Surveyor to join our Operational Estate team. As a Graduate Surveyor, you will be responsible for working on a wide variety of cases relating to our Operational Property Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working on leases, licences, wayleaves and servitudes
  • Asset valuations, acquisitions and disposals
  • Project work and general property and lease management
Requirements
  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Student membership of a relevant professional body (e.g. MRICS)
  • Commitment to obtaining a relevant professional qualification (e.g. MRICS)
