Job Summary

We are seeking a Trainee Lift Engineer to join our team in the UK. As a Trainee Lift Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of lifts and elevators. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a mechanical or electrical background to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced engineers in the installation, maintenance, and repair of lifts and elevators
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of lift and elevator systems, including mechanical and electrical components
  • Participate in on-the-job training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment
Requirements
  • Mechanical or electrical background, demonstrated through education or recent work experience
  • Level 2 Foundation Course in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations, or BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering
  • Ability to follow instructions and ensure safety guidelines are followed at all times
  • Demonstrate a willingness to develop and learn new skills
