Chesterfield Catering Support Staff

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Catering Assistant to support our school clients in the Chesterfield area.
Shifts available Monday-Friday. Pay rate is approximately £11.44-£12 per hour, depending on location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of sandwiches, wraps and light lunches
- Cleaning the kitchen including work surfaces, floors etc.
- Serving dishes
- Carrying out basic food hygiene preparation tasks
- Washing utensils and dishes
- Able to communicate/report any issues to the management team
Requirements:
- An up-to-date Level 1 Food & Hygiene Certificate dated within the last 12 months (we can process one for you free of charge)
- Previous experience in catering sector
- Enhanced DBS issued in the last 12 months (essential)
- Monday-Friday availability
The Ideal Candidate:
- Is able to multi-task
- Can follow instructions
- Has experience working within a catering background
- Has excellent communication skills
- Is able to work well independently
- Has great organisation and time-management skills
- Enhanced DBS
