Year 3 Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 3 Teacher to join our supportive staff team at Wayman Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons for Year 3 students, promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective teaching strategies in collaboration with colleagues
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about student progress
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably in Year 3
- A strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
