Nursery Practitioner and SEMH Support Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEMH teaching assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting students with special educational needs, a strong understanding of SEMH principles, and excellent communication skills.
As a SEMH teaching assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans, provide emotional support to students, and contribute to the overall success of the school.
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, participating in staff meetings, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures.
Estimated annual salary: £30,000 - £38,000.
