We are seeking a Senior Nurse Leader to join our team in East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing specialist clinical advice to healthcare professionals, leading the embedding of improvement initiatives, and developing new opportunities for improving the Falls Service and quality of patient care.

The post holder will work closely with the Lead Nurse for Falls to implement change and improve patient outcomes. They will also provide effective, holistic, patient care through safety and risk assessment to individual patients, using expert clinical judgement to plan, implement and evaluate complex health care needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialist clinical advice to healthcare professionals
  • Leading the embedding of improvement initiatives
  • Developing new opportunities for improving the Falls Service
  • Working closely with the Lead Nurse for Falls

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, with experience in leading teams and implementing change. A Master's degree is desirable. The salary for this position is £46,148 - £52,809 per annum.
