Job Title: Weekend Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Weekend Home Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Weekend Home Care Assistant, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and medication assistance
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social events
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, as needed

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
