We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Specialist to join our Systems Department at Ramboll. As an Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in the development, automation, and improvement of business processes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and understanding existing business support processes to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining automation solutions using relevant tools and technologies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment of automation initiatives with business objectives and Systems Teams strategy.
  • Driving a continuous improvement mindset, evaluating the performance of existing automated processes, and troubleshooting issues.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Automation Specialist who possesses a strong foundation in process automation technologies and tools. You will have a proven track record of delivering automation solutions that drive business value and improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role of automating business support processes.
  • Experience of RPAs, APIs, and other process automation technologies and tools.
  • Foundation knowledge of Python.
  • Experience of at least one element of Power Platform (PowerBI, Power Automate, or PowerApps).
  • Sharepoint, MS Teams, and MS Office.
  • SQL.
  • Willingness to learn and persevere to find creative solutions to challenging tasks.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on high standards of quality.
  • Effective communication skills.
