About the Opportunity
Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supporting Student Progress Leader to join our team. This is a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of students with SEN in a forward-thinking primary school in Tower Hamlets, London.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supporting students with SEN and a strong understanding of educational psychology principles. With excellent leadership skills, you will be able to inspire and motivate teachers, parents, and colleagues to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage the development of learning strategies and resources for students with SEN.
- To provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice and enhance student outcomes.
- To collaborate with external agencies to secure additional support and resources for students.
- To evaluate and refine the effectiveness of programs and interventions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology or related field.
- Proven experience working with children with SEN.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Able to inspire and motivate others.
Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
