Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Advice, Policy, and Representation teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of strategic leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement.
Main Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership to drive quality, increase impact, and maximise resource deployment to improve the student experience.
- Be responsible for operational planning and delivering the Union's strategic aims.
The successful candidate will be a kind, supportive leader who cares about their team members but also has high standards and can performance manage when needed.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience of project management, including liaison with stakeholders at all levels.
