About the Student Behaviour Mentor Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Behaviour Mentor. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping students aged 4-16 years old to develop healthy coping mechanisms, track progress, and implement education plans.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build trust and rapport with students, and motivate them to develop independence and engagement with learning material. About the Position

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, along with a full-time permanent position (8am-4pm, Monday - Friday). Our multi-site setting provides purpose-built facilities, a variety of resources, and career progression opportunities. Your Responsibilities

  • Help students learn and practice healthy coping mechanisms
  • Track progress and implement education plans
  • Practice effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and emotional regulation
  • Motivate students to develop independence and engagement with learning material
