Swift on Windows Performance Engineer

We are looking for a talented Swift on Windows Performance Engineer to join our team at Apple Inc. In this role, you will work on improving the performance and usability of Swift on Windows by optimizing the compiler and runtime.

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Swift team to advance Swift's performance and usability on Windows, as well as work closely with the Swift and LLVM open-source projects to build out support for Windows.

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience developing for Windows at the systems level
  • Excellent software engineering, testing, and debugging skills
  • Curiosity for understanding a programming mental model and how code works 'under the hood'

Estimated salary: $150,000 - $190,000 per year.
