We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Substantial Group. As a Field Sales Professional, you will be responsible for championing our competitive packages and engaging directly with residents at their homes. Your primary focus will be on door-to-door sales, creating and nurturing your own lead pipeline, and guiding prospects through to conversion with confidence. You will work closely with your line manager to showcase the unparalleled benefits of YouFibre and its services to residents within our network. This role is ideal for sales representatives, sales executives, retail managers, energy/utility sales professionals, charity fundraisers, and others with relevant experience. If you are passionate about providing top-tier customer service, driven to success, and a great communicator, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Embrace door-to-door sales as your primary focus
* Create and nurture your own lead pipeline
* Work closely with your line manager to showcase the benefits of YouFibre
* Foster meaningful relationships within the local community and with key stakeholders

**Requirements:**

* Located within a 30-minute drive of the location
* Hold a full clean UK driving license and have access to a vehicle
* Have a valid right to work in the UK

* £25k per annum base salary
* Uncapped and generous commission (OTE £50k)
