We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Ad Warrior. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting.

Salary and Benefits:£19,529 - £21,185 per annum (pro rata) is the estimated salary range for this role. As a member of our team, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.

About the Role:The Higher Level Teaching Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning in our classrooms. You will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering learning activities under the supervision of qualified teachers. Your duties will include covering classes as directed by the Headteacher or SLT team, as well as timetabled PPA cover on a weekly basis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative to manage tasks and priorities.
  • Possess a good level of literacy and numeracy, with a minimum of grade C/4 in English and Maths GCSE.
  • Ideal qualifications include a HLTA qualification or experience working towards one.
