We are seeking a talented Data Insights Analyst to drive better and faster decisions within our Service Performance team.

This role will have responsibility for delivering our performance KPIs and enabling our teams to access self-service performance dashboards.

We have ownership for identifying performance trends and working closely with teams to support driving improvement initiatives with a customer-centric approach.

As a Data Insights Analyst, you will work collaboratively with our internal customers, building strong partnerships based on shared values and trust, and sharing knowledge to drive business growth.

The Must-Haves

  • Experience in working with reporting visualization tools (MicroStrategy) or similar reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of MS software, particularly Excel and SharePoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, including working with BI toolsets.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to talk to people at all levels of the business and make the complex, simple.

The Other Stuff We're Looking For

  • Working knowledge of ITSM tool sets would be an advantage, such as Helix, Remedy, or ServiceNow.
  • Demonstrate strong influencing and persuading skills, encouraging colleagues and teams to change established processes and achieve improvements and best practice.
