About the Role

Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of education and special needs services, is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Clinician in Clinical/Counselling Psychology. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils across our services.

We are committed to providing high-quality care and support to our students, and we require someone with exceptional clinical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities. As a senior member of our clinical team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to facilitate multi-disciplinary teamwork, develop empowering environments, and ensure quality assurance.

The successful candidate will possess a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology, registration with the HCPC and BPS, and substantial experience in supervising Assistant Psychologists. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work sensitively with people and resolve conflict effectively.
