Exciting Opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at First Call Contract Services. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for advertising client roles, conducting candidate interviews, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertise client roles across national and company internal job boards
  • Conduct candidate interviews and screening calls
  • Update adverts and candidate attraction
  • Sending email follow up's to potential candidates
  • Format CV's and candidate profiles
  • General recruitment administration

Requirements:

  • Ideally candidates will have an existing recruitment experience within the permanent recruitment sector
  • However, we would like to speak to candidates with administration, telesales, customer service or retail experience

What We Offer:

  • Starting salary from £25kpa + OTE + excellent company benefits (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm with an element of flexibility during busy periods
