We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our client's dynamic team in Derby. As an SC Cleared IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing break-fix solutions and hardware diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Hardware team to resolve technical issues and perform hardware diagnostics.
  • Design and implement laptop and desktop builds.
  • Participate in the Tech Bar on a rotational basis.
  • Handle software BAU tasks, including 2nd line tickets and remote desktop support.

Requirements:

  • Current valid SC clearance.
  • Strong technical skills and experience in IT support.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
