Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Liaison to join our team at Liquid. As a key member of our housing partnership, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer queries across various channels, including phone, email, web form, and social media.
- Support customers in accessing our online services and provide assistance with related issues.
- Manage performance effectively through strong case management and ownership.
- Collaborate with the housing team to write to customers about relevant services and issues.
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and suggest solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of housing and contact handling.
- Support other areas with phone contact and contribute to general process housing-related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Deliver first-class customer service, preferably in housing or repairs.
- Utilize MS Office, including Word and Excel.
- Be digitally savvy and able to learn our systems quickly.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Build trust by maintaining a high level of integrity and following through on commitments.
- Demonstrate a good understanding of GDPR and data requests.
