Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Product Strategy Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and success.

  • Develop and Execute Product Strategy: Create and implement product roadmaps that align with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify new product opportunities and potential risks.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the new product development budget, set forecasts, and monitor performance metrics.
  • Sourcing and Supply Chain: Identify and manage manufacturers and suppliers to produce and deliver products that meet quality standards, timelines, and cost parameters.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching successful products in the beauty, cosmetics, or related industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in leading virtual and cross-functional teams.
  • Consumer Behavior Knowledge: Solid knowledge of consumer behavior, market research, and product development processes.
  • Global Experience: Experience working with global suppliers and vendors across the world, with a strong understanding of operating in a global supply chain setting (EU, US & Asia).
  • Beauty Industry Expertise: Passion for makeup and beauty, with a deep understanding of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
