About the Role

Meraki Talent is seeking a seasoned Corporate Finance Partner to join a dynamic team at a progressive Chartered Accountancy firm. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive corporate finance services, including mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Advisory: Provide expert guidance on mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, corporate restructuring, and capital raising.
  • Transaction Advisory: Oversee due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiation to secure favourable terms for clients.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Advisory: Ensure transactions and financial strategies comply with local and international regulatory frameworks.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and network to grow the firm's corporate finance practice.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead the corporate finance team, provide mentorship, and training to junior staff, and ensure effective collaboration within the firm.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
